The oil drilling process is initiated by setting up the rig. First, from the starter hole the team drills a surface hole right into the pre-set hole. This is the place where the oil trap is located. There are five basic steps to drill the surface hole which is done by placing the drill bit, drill pipe and collar into the hole. Then attach the kelly and turntable to begin the drilling process.

It is single component adhesive which is applied on threads of the fasteners like screws and bolts. This prevents leakage, corrosion and loosening. The thread –locking fluid might be applied before or after assembling the cementing equipments depending upon their make.

Cementing is a process that protects and seals an oil well. It is also used to seal a lost circulation zone where there is absence and flow within the well. It is basically used to plug an already existing well.
